No sooner have you recovered from one celebration and The St Patrick's Day Hash, we're at it again, with the Party to end all parties. The Fiesta Hash - Note it's on Saturday (so you have Sunday to recover before back to work on Monday)... And note the time and our new location, thanks to the wonderful Javier and his Treffen Bar -
FIESTA HASH
Date: Saturday 22nd March
Time: Meet at 16.00, to run at 16.30
Where: Treffen Beer Bar Museum, Piedras 178
Transport: It's just off Avenida de Mayo, so easy on public transport; there's a car park next to the bar.
Why?: Inspect Her Assets is back and we need an excuse to party. He'll have to do!
Clothes:
It's a Fiesta Hash, so you need to wear party clothes. We'll be running downtown, so the more ridiculous you look the better. Anything goes - hats, masks, feathers, balloons, tutus, glitter. Costumes! We already have someone threatening to come as Wonder Woman, and thankfully it's not Mr Inspect Her Assets! Release your inner party demon!

Hi all .... As well as all the invites we are getting to hashes around South America, not to forget Alsaka, we need to clear the diairies again for our own fun and frolics.
We warned you a while back to set aside the 22nd in your diary, cancel everything, and be ready for a Special Fun Hash and Party - So here are the details for the Fiesta Hash on SATURDAY, March 22nd.
The reason this is being announced early is so that you can avil yourself of the early bird special, by paying up front at this Sundays St Patricks Day Hash, which you already know all about (If you don't, just ask me!(....

Yes, the highlight of the year, if you happen to be Irish (or a drinker!), St Patrick's Day is upon us, and as is traditional Windy Culo gets the turf out at his little cottage in the Irish Suburb of Accassuso, Doon Doon turns the beer Green, and everyone wears their finest Irish Greenery. Yes, Buenos Aires turns Irish this weekend, and Sunday sees the Green Hashers at their best.
This year, and this Hash, sees the Return to BA of Great Jokes, as Inspect Her Assets will be flying in from Ireland especially for the occasion, and with a new Joke Book too, so not a Hash to be missed.
Don't forget - WEAR GREEN - That's GREEN, not Pink, or Blue, but GREEN!!!!!!!!!

Sunday March 16th - We go GREEN.... Yes, it's the annual St Patricks Day Hash, with our congenial host, Windy Culo, looking after us all as usual. This year, we have a special appearance by your favourite Irish Hasher, returning by special request, yes, Inspect Her Assets will be back in BA, so be warned for crazy happenings, and lots of great jokes......
Following on, the Saturday after, yes SATURDAY, March 22nd, in the afternoon, and into the night, will be a special Fiesta Hash and party to celebrate lots of things. This will be hosted by Blanka Wanka y Las Chicas, with Treffen Bar in San Telmo hosting us all, before, during, and after....
More info to follow very soon for both events, but dust off your greenery, get your party gear ready, and make sure you clear your diaries for these SPECIAL Hash Events.......

#618 - The Quilmes Carnival Hash - Sunday March 2nd
It’s the Quilmes Carnival Hash! Next weekend is a long one, so come along and celebrate Carnival in style with headdresses, masks, costumes galore to get into the spirit!
We’ll be meeting in front of my new apartment, Lavalle 317, 9B, Quilmes, at 11am to run at 11.30am on Sunday 2nd March.
Bring Hash mug, plate, knife and fork plus $70 for food and beer.
Wear Carnival accessories/attire
To get here you can take the train from Constitution (30 minutes), get off in Quilmes and walk 8 blocks to my place. If coming by car it’s quicker to come off the Autopista 2, km17 at Bernal. (see map for details) If you have space in your car please let other hashers know?

Yes, it's Valentine weekend and Forest Drunk is hosting the Big Heart Hash, with the spirit of Love in the air. It's often said that the French are the Romantic Nation, HOWEVER, as all Irish know, St Valentine's heart is buried, along with the rest of him, in Whitefriar Street Church, here in Dublin, SO - Valentine's Day is really yet another Irish Holiday - So, come on Hashers, let's HASH..... (Ed's Note - Inspect Her Assets is dying to get back to BA)......
This Sunday, the Frencn(ish) barrio of BA (and nowhere near an airport), that is Boulogne, will host a ROMANTIC Hash, where a heart is required, you can wear it on your sleeve, or on your bottom but a heart is required :), so let cupid be your master and look forward to this weekend's Hash...

Gispert Memorial Day - 11th February - Raise a glass in memory of our founding father -
11 February is the Memoriam to A. S. Gispert, the man who is
considered the founder of the Hash House Harriers. He was lost to the hash while in defense of Singapore in 1942. May we all tip a beer in his honour this day.
11 de Febrero es el Tributo a A. S. Gispert, quien es considerado el fundador de los Hash House Harriers. Fallecido durante la defensa de Singapur en 1942. La ocasion bien merece un brindis en su memoria.
