Yes, the year is drawing to an end and the Holiday Season is amongst us. Sleigh bells ring, are you listening, the snow is all around, and jack frost is nipping at your nose. Well, I guess it may be somewhere, but certainly not in Buenos Aires this December, as air conditioning units overload, and the National Grid can't cope.
